Two ways to ask, what actually happens to your data, and how long it takes.
Step 1
Either path reaches the same place.
From the app
Open the QuillPrint app and go to Account → Delete account. Confirm the request there — this is the fastest path.
From the web
Email [email protected] from the email address on your QuillPrint account, with the subject "Delete my account". We use the registered address to verify it is really you asking.
Timeline
Once we confirm the request, your account is disabled immediately — you're signed out everywhere and can no longer place orders. The account and its profile data are permanently deleted 7 days after that, which gives you a short window to change your mind by writing back to [email protected] before the window closes.
What's deleted
Your profile (name, phone number, saved addresses), uploaded print files, push-notification tokens, and saved payment methods are removed. Any Google Sign-In link to your account is cleared.
What we keep, and why
Orders, invoices and payment records are kept even after deletion, for as long as required under applicable Indian tax, accounting and consumer-protection law — we can't shorten this for an individual request. QuillPrint Plus purchase and entitlement records held by Google Play / RevenueCat follow their own retention rules, not ours. Crash diagnostics already sent to Sentry before your request are not retroactively deleted, but are not linked back to your account after it's gone.
A wallet balance blocks deletion
If your QuillPrint wallet has a balance, settle or withdraw it first — we won't delete an account while it's holding your money. Ask support to help if you're not sure how.
