Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of QuillPrint, including eligibility, orders, content responsibility, and service limitations.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using QuillPrint, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the service under parental supervision, to place orders.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by QuillPrint.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these Terms or cannot be fulfilled due to technical or supply limitations. You will receive a full refund for cancelled orders.
4. Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit for printing.
You confirm that you own, or have rights to, all uploaded content. QuillPrint does not print content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property.
5. Sensitive documents, print shops and printed copies
Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal or confidential information unless you accept the conditions in this section. If a document is genuinely sensitive, the safer option is to print it in person at a shop rather than placing an online order.
QuillPrint does not sell the files you upload or your personal data. Electronic copies you upload are stored securely, are used solely to fulfil your order, and are automatically purged within 24 hours after the order is completed. If you want a document removed sooner, contact [email protected] and we will remove it from our servers within 3 hours of your request.
Print shops on QuillPrint are independent businesses and are not owned or employed by QuillPrint. Printing your order requires the shop you select to receive your document. By selecting a shop you accept that you are trusting that shop with the contents of what you print.
QuillPrint does not guarantee, and cannot control, the conduct of an independent print shop. QuillPrint is not responsible or liable for any sharing, copying, retention or misuse of your material by a print shop or its staff.
You are responsible for the physical printed copies produced from your order. QuillPrint accepts no responsibility for physical printed copies once they have been produced, including any distribution or disclosure of those copies by a print shop or by any other person. This limitation applies to physical printed copies only; the electronic copies you upload remain secured with QuillPrint and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is due at the time of order. We use secure third-party payment processors, and QuillPrint does not store card details.
7. Turnaround and delivery
Estimated turnaround times are displayed at checkout and are not guaranteed.
QuillPrint is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual property
The QuillPrint name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or misuse them.
9. Limitation of liability
QuillPrint's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
