No. QuillPrint works from your phone browser, and you can add it to your home screen for quicker access. A network connection is required for ordering and tracking.

You can browse and set up a job freely, but you sign in before completing a live order so your order, payment and collection details stay attached to your account, and so you can track it and reorder later.

QuillPrint currently serves Puducherry, Villupuram, Cuddalore and Karaikal. The shops available to you depend on your location, and you will see them when you compare shops for your order.

Yes. Ordering and tracking both need a connection. If it drops mid-way, QuillPrint keeps your print setup whenever possible so you can continue instead of starting again.

After configuring your documents you can compare available shops by location, their own black-and-white and colour rates, ratings and reviews, payment methods, pickup and delivery availability, Instana state, and estimated ready time.

Instana is QuillPrint's instant-printing service. At an Instana-enabled shop, an eligible paid order starts printing automatically. When the shop is free, eligible Instana orders can be ready in under a minute. If another job is already printing, QuillPrint shows the current estimated ready time.

No. Instana is available only at supported shops, and only eligible jobs start automatically. You can still place the order. The shop will prepare it normally, or you can choose another Instana shop if speed matters.

No. Pickup is the default way to collect. Delivery is offered only by participating shops and only for the locations they serve, so it appears as an option when the shop you choose supports your location.

You can request the earliest available pickup, or schedule a suitable time where the shop supports scheduling.

When the order is ready, show the large four-digit collection number at the shop and collect your prints.

No. Binding and finishing are provided by the individual shop, so spiral, soft and hard binding appear only where the shop you select offers them.

Every shop sets its own rates. Your total depends on the shop you choose, colour or black-and-white pages, single- or double-sided printing, paper size, copies, pages per sheet, and any binding or add-ons. Pickup or delivery charges apply where relevant. The complete total for the selected shop is shown before payment.

Because each shop sets its own rates, a single published figure would be wrong for most shops. You see real rates from the shops actually available to you, for your actual document.

No. There is no subscription and no joining fee. You pay for the print orders you place.

Pay securely online, or use your QuillPrint Wallet in full or in part. Pay at shop is available only where the shop you select enables it.

A balance you can keep for faster repeat checkout. Apply it to an order in full or in part, and the amount applied is shown clearly on the order. Eligible refunds can be returned according to the displayed refund method.

Yes, where a valid coupon is available for your order you can apply it before payment.

After placing an order you can see the payment confirmation, the current preparation or printing status, the estimated ready time, pickup or delivery information, and your payment summary, so you can follow it from confirmation to collection without calling the shop.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins, typically within 1 hour of placement. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible. The full conditions are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved proof, it will be reprinted or refunded at no cost to you. Report the issue within 3 hours after delivery with clear photos of the defect.

Where a refund is agreed, it is usually processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Yes. Signed-in customers can return to earlier orders and repeat a familiar job, and rate completed orders where reviews are available.

Group Orders let a class, project team or organisation coordinate printing through one shared room or link. Members add their documents, the print rules stay consistent, and the batch goes to one shop for coordinated collection.

Create the group order and share one link. Depending on the group mode you choose, you can add a shared document, individual member documents, or both. You set common print rules and a deadline, and the completed batch is sent to one selected shop.

It depends on the mode you select. In modes that support it, each member reviews their share and pays for their own document. The document and payment rules for your chosen mode are explained when you create the room.

The completed batch goes to one shop, so the group collects together rather than making separate trips.

Files you upload are stored securely and used solely to fulfil your order. They are not sold, and they are not retained beyond 24 hours after the order is completed.

Please avoid it where you can. QuillPrint does not sell your files or your data, and electronic copies are purged within 24 hours of order completion. However, printing an order requires the shop you select to receive the document, and print shops are independent businesses whose conduct QuillPrint cannot control. If a document is genuinely sensitive, printing it in person at a shop is the safer option.

Yes. Contact [email protected] and ask for immediate removal, and the document will be removed from our servers within 3 hours of your request.

You are. QuillPrint secures the electronic copies you upload, but it is not responsible for physical printed copies once they have been produced, including any sharing of those copies by a print shop or any other person.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For privacy-related requests, contact [email protected].

Apply as a print partner with your shop details and the services you provide. Once approved you publish your services, set your own rates and availability, and start receiving nearby online orders.

You do. Each shop publishes its own black-and-white and colour rates and its own charges for binding, paper and other services. QuillPrint does not set your prices.
