Sensitive documents, please read before uploading

Please do not upload documents containing sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal or confidential information unless you accept the conditions described in this section.

We do not sell your uploaded files or your personal data. This applies whether or not a document contains sensitive information. The electronic copies you upload are stored securely on our servers, are used solely to fulfil your order, and are automatically purged within 24 hours after the order is completed.

If you want an uploaded document removed sooner, contact [email protected] and ask for immediate removal. We will remove that document from our servers within 3 hours of receiving your request.

What the print shop receives

Print shops on QuillPrint are independent businesses. They are not owned or employed by QuillPrint.

To print your order, the shop you select necessarily receives your document. When you choose a shop, you are choosing to trust that shop with the contents of what you are printing. QuillPrint secures the electronic copy on its own systems, but it cannot control what an independent shop does with a document or with the printed copies it produces.

QuillPrint is not responsible for the conduct of a print shop, including any sharing, copying, retention or misuse of your material by that shop or its staff.

You are responsible for the physical printed copies produced from your order. This responsibility covers the printed paper copies only, the electronic copies you upload remain secured with QuillPrint and are handled as described in this policy.

If your document is genuinely sensitive, the safer option is to print it in person at a shop, where the document never leaves your possession, rather than sending it through an online order.
